As a Certified Specialist for administrative law, Dr Fiete Kalscheuer handles assignments on public law, focusing largely on public construction law, freedom of information and free speech; fiscal, constitutional, and business law relating to local government, police and public order law, including special public order laws such as right of assembly and industrial law, protection of listed monuments, public compensation law and expropriation law, and constitutional law.
Dr Kalscheuer is a tutor in exam-related general public law at the Repetitorium Alpmann Schmidt in Kiel and Hamburg which prepares law students for exams, and is the author of a series of academic law publications in the area of administrative law, municipal law, and constitutional law, for example, as co-author of a publication setting out the Schleswig-Holstein State Building Code. He is also the author of the “beck-blog”, an academic law blog published by C.H. Beck.
