The tasks
- You will review and work on challenging legal issues in the areas of commercial and corporate law
- You will provide conceptual advice as well as draft and negotiate contracts and work out the best possible solution for our clients
What you bring to the table
- You are a fully qualified lawyer, have above-average grades and ideally have additional qualifications such as a doctorate and/or an LL.M.
- You have a strong commercial understanding and have some initial professional experience
- You are characterised by a high willingness to learn and perform, have a high level of comprehension and the ability to communicate precisely and comprehensibly
- You make the tasks assigned to you your own and drive them forward with diligence and great commitment
- You enjoy your work and enjoy working in a team
