As part of your job, you will work together with our notaries in a trusting team, actively support them and ensure smooth processes in the notary's offices.
Your tasks
You will focus on processing notarial procedures and will be responsible for the preparation, execution and processing of contracts and deeds in coordination with the notaries
You will be responsible for monitoring incoming mail, deadlines, time limits and resubmissions
You will provide client support as agreed and be responsible for file management
You will prepare cost invoices in close coordination in accordance with the German Notarisation Act (GNotKG)
What you bring with you
You have successfully completed vocational training as a paralegals and notary assistants or Notary clerk
Relevant professional experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - we offer a comprehensive induction programme (career re-entrants are welcome)
You have a good knowledge of the GNotKG and are confident in using MS Office products
You are characterised by a careful, reliable and service-oriented way of working
You are used to working independently and enjoy contributing to the team
You communicate openly and respectfully
