Paralegals and notary assistants (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As part of your role, you will work in a team with our lawyers and notaries on a basis of trust, support them proactively and ensure that the department runs smoothly
  • You will process notarial procedures and be responsible for the preparation, execution and processing of contracts and deeds
  • You will be responsible for monitoring incoming mail, appointments, deadlines and resubmissions
  • After consultation, you will be responsible for client support and file management
  • You will prepare cost invoices in accordance with RVG and/or GNotKG in close coordination

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed your vocational training as a paralegals and notary assistants and ideally already have professional experience (career re-entrants are welcome)
  • You have a good knowledge of the RVG and/or GNotKG and are confident in using MS Office products
  • You are characterised by a careful, reliable and service-oriented way of working
  • You are used to working independently and enjoy being part of a team
  • You communicate openly and respectfully, are motivated and enjoy your work
