As part of your job, you will work together with our notaries in a trusting team, actively support them and ensure that the notary's office runs smoothly.

Your tasks

  • As part of your job, you will work with our notaries in a trusting team, actively support them and ensure the smooth running of the notary's office
  • You will focus on processing notarial procedures for companies and entrepreneurs and will be responsible for the preparation, execution and processing of contracts and deeds in coordination with the notaries
  • You will be responsible for monitoring incoming mail, appointments, deadlines and resubmissions
  • After consultation, you will be responsible for client support and file management
  • You will prepare the cost invoices in accordance with GNotKG in close coordination

What do you bring with you

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a notary assistant or notary clerk
  • Relevant professional experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - we offer a comprehensive induction programme
  • Good knowledge of the GNotKG and confident use of MS Office products
  • You are characterised by a careful, reliable and service-oriented way of working
  • You are used to working independently and enjoy contributing to the team
