BMZ lawyers and trainee lawyers publish three articles on constitutional law

Constitutional law is one of BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN's main areas of specialisation in the field of public law. In the last few days, there have been three publications by BMZ lawyers and trainee lawyers on this topic.

Together with Sophie Vanselow, Nicolas Harding has written an article for the NVwZ on the powers of expression of municipal decision-makers (NVwZ 2025, 292), Fiete Kalscheuer has written an article for the Verfassungsblog on the state funding requirements for politically committed non-governmental organisations and Simon Diethelm Meyer has dealt with the question of the non-profit status of associations in political activities for the LTO. The constitutional point of departure for the three articles is the equal opportunities of political parties under Article 21 of the Basic Law and the constitutional requirement of neutrality.
