With the "Law Firm of the Year for Small and Medium-sized Firms" award, JUVE recognizes the overall development of the law firms in addition to their activities in individual areas of law and evaluates, among other things, special management achievements. The criteria also include client orientation, law firm culture, junior staff policy, profitability, personnel growth and expansion into new business areas or markets.
