born in 1972, studied law at the University of Hamburg, legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein, attorney since 2006, notary since 2016

Before starting her studies, Ms. Füner completed an apprenticeship as a police officer in Hamburg and, in addition to her legal work, worked from 2013 to 2016 as managing director of the police union for the district of Hamburg e.V.

Aino Kristina Füner has specialized in notarial services. Your notarial activities include notarizations and certifications in the following areas:

  • Real estate and apartment purchase contracts, declarations of division, property developer and leasehold contracts and transfers of property

  • Marriage contracts, regulations on pension equalization and agreements on the consequences of separation and divorce
