Studied at the University of Passau, doctorate at the University of Passau on a procedural topic of international tax law, traineeship in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg

Specialisation: tax law and corporate law, litigation

Dr Sandberg advises clients in the field of tax law, represents their interests vis-à-vis the tax authorities and in contentious proceedings before the tax courts. His area of expertise also includes the interface with criminal tax law.

In addition, Dr Sandberg specialises in representing the interests of shareholders in shareholder disputes, out-of-court dispute resolution and civil litigation.

Dr Sandberg is fluent in English and Danish and supports Danish clients in cross-border legal transactions.
