Dr. Marcel Sandberg

Studied at the University of Passau; obtained a PhD from the University of Passau on a procedural aspect of international tax law; completed his traineeship in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg; certified lawyer in tax law

Specialisation: Tax law and corporate law, litigation

Dr Sandberg advises clients on tax law matters, represents their interests before the tax authorities and in litigation before the tax courts. His area of expertise also includes the interface with criminal tax law.

Another key focus of his work is advising companies and their shareholders on all matters relating to corporate law.

Finally, Dr Sandberg specialises in the enforcement and defence of claims (litigation), i.e. in particular the conduct of civil litigation and strategic conflict advice.

Dr Sandberg speaks fluent English and Danish and assists Danish clients in cross-border legal transactions.
