Markus Jurawitz specialises in advising companies in connection with transactions and restructurings. He also advises companies and their shareholders on all aspects of corporate law and the structuring of contractual relationships. In the area of compliance, Mr Jurawitz primarily advises on issues in connection with companies' obligations under money laundering law (e.g. reporting obligations to the transparency register). Prior to joining BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN, Mr Jurawitz worked for a law firm in Stuttgart specialising in shareholder litigation and directors' and officers' liability.
