Philipp Thomssen advises companies and investors on M&A transactions, reorganisations and corporate law issues, in particular in the renewable energy, software/IT services and healthcare sectors. His expertise ranges from the structuring and implementation of transactions to the consideration of the special features of the regulatory environment.

Philipp Thomssen also works on the entire spectrum of corporate law, including reorganisation law and stock corporation law.

Before joining Brock Müller Ziegenbein, Philipp Thomssen worked for a leading international law firm in Hamburg and advised on a large number of M&A transactions, both on the seller and the buyer side. In addition to transactions in the renewable energies and software/IT services sectors, Philipp Thomssen has advised on a large number of transactions in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
