Specialisation: medical and health law, employment law

Dr Susann Rochlitz advises doctors, hospital operators and non-medical institutions in all areas of medical law, in particular in all matters relating to the activities of contract doctors, including licensing and professional law matters, in matters relating to practice cooperations and in medical liability cases. In the area of employment law, she focuses on representing private and public employers and executives in all matters of individual and collective employment law.

Dr Rochlitz is a member of the Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
