Tilmann Kruse

Born in 1964, studied in Freiburg, Berlin and Edinburgh, lawyer since 1999

Specialisation: M&A, corporate law, compliance and antitrust law. Tilmann Kruse specialises in corporate transactions and the introduction of compliance systems. He has advised on numerous national and international transactions involving strategic investors (including in the USA, China and India) and frequently advises on financing rounds for start-up companies. Mr Kruse's main field of activity in corporate law is partnership law and group law as well as advising board members and managing directors.

Until 2016, Tilmann Kruse was General Counsel of an international company based in Hamburg. In this role, he introduced compliance systems at numerous companies and conducted internal investigations, particularly in the areas of antitrust law and anti-corruption and corruption prevention.

Mr Kruse is a member of the German Academic Association for Corporate and Business Law
