Our clients in the field of banking and financial law include banks, medium-sized enterprises and private investors. We review and draft contracts for the granting and taking out of loans as well as project, real estate and acquisition financing. Our services also include the legal evaluation of credit risks. Additionally, we provide advice to listed companies and credit institutions in the area of regulatory law, for example in relation to the Securities Trading Act, the Banking Act or the Stock Exchange Act. With regard to funds and capital investment, our clients include banks, project developers and private investors.

Dr Susann Rochlitz advises doctors, hospital operators, and non-medical institutions on all areas of medical law, focusing on matters concerning panel doctors, including licensing and professional issues, collaboration between practices, and medical liability cases. With regard to employment law, she mainly represents private and public sector employers and managers on issues relating to individual and collective employment rights.
Dr Rochlitz is a member of the working group on medical law at the German Bar Association.
