The Danish desk is a special department which we have established to assist clients from Denmark and to help answer specialised questions relating to German-Danish legal communications. If necessary, this department can draw on the expertise of all of the attorneys at BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN. For legal questions that need to be answered on the basis of Danish law, we collaborate with our partner law firm in Denmark.

Mareeke Buttjer mainly advises on matters relating to business and corporate law, and on mergers and acquisitions. Her works focuses on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, including on international cases. She previously worked in a major international law firm and in the investment banking division of a private bank.
