In the context of the crisis and restructuring consulting services we offer for companies, creditors and banks, we develop effective restructuring concepts that take into account the relevant aspects of insolvency law. Banks and other creditors call on us to conduct the necessary negotiations in these situations. Our advisory services in advance of insolvency include answering questions pertaining to civil and criminal law as well as establishing and organising crisis management within the affected company. We develop restructuring and reorganisation concepts together with our attorneys specialised in employment law. Extrajudicial consultancy services and the forensic representation of insolvency administrators are other areas of focus for our work in this area.
