Where all options for the extrajudicial settlement of a dispute have been exhausted, we represent our clients before the ordinary courts, and the labour, social welfare, administrative and fiscal courts. We also represent clients before courts of arbitration and can even act as arbitrators ourselves upon client request. Our guiding maxim for litigation is to represent the interests of our clients in an efficient, economically viable manner.

As a Certified Specialist for banking and capital markets law, Dr Friderike Pannier primarily represents banks, both regionally and nationally out of court and during judicial proceedings, in particular on matters relating to loan agreements and collateral security law, and legal issues regarding investment advice. In addition, she handles business and corporate assignments, reviews and drafts general terms and conditions, and represents hospitals on matters of medical law.
