With many years of experience, we advise and represent companies, associations and the public sector in all matters of German and European antitrust law.

Our work centres on the preparation and support of merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as the representation of our clients in antitrust administrative proceedings. Our work regularly begins with the internal review of antitrust-sensitive projects and advising our clients on the implementation and structuring of contracts and transaction processes in compliance with antitrust law.

If antitrust law has already been violated, we assist our clients in a timely manner in remedying the violations, setting markers and preparing bonus applications as well as in setting up sustainable and practical compliance programmes with a view to the future.

After the conclusion of antitrust fine and abuse proceedings, we also take on the forensic enforcement or defence of claims for damages and injunctive relief based on antitrust law in the context of follow-up proceedings, which are becoming increasingly important.
