The Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) is at the centre of competition law. The relevant issues here are misleading, obstructive, comparative or reputation-damaging advertising and protection against imitations. We support companies and agencies from the outset in the conception and realisation of advertising campaigns, competitions, promotional events and other events. We also draft and negotiate contracts between the companies, agencies, service providers and artists involved.
