COMPLIANCE.
We advise our clients individually in all areas relating to compliance:
We typically start by analysing the risk areas identified by our clients. This includes collecting the existing internal compliance rules and examining the client-specific risks in antitrust law, employment law, data protection and anti-corruption. Together with our clients, we develop, structure and implement a compliance management system ("CMS") on the basis of the risk analysis. A typical CMS comprises the establishment of a compliance organisation with corresponding response scenarios and reporting structures, the development of a risk matrix including controls adapted to the risks and the development of training courses including preparation for possible search situations.
We regularly support and undertake the implementation of extensive internal investigations. In doing so, we can draw on many years of experience in conducting interviews and IT-supported data analyses.
One focus of our advice lies in providing strategic advice to management on the legal requirements to which they are subject due to the constantly evolving legal and judicial requirements.
