EMPLOYMENT LAW.
We advise and represent clients in all areas of individual and collective labour and employment law in out-of-court negotiations and court disputes. In addition to employers, our clients also include board members and executives. One focus of our work is advising private and public employers as well as church and other charitable organisations in the area of co-determination, for example in the negotiation of reconciliation of interests agreements and social compensation plans or in representation in conciliation committees and in conducting collective bargaining negotiations. We work with our clients to develop solutions to employment law problems in connection with reorganisation and restructuring measures, transfers of undertakings, transactions and - due to our many years of expertise in public sector employment law - also in privatisation and remunicipalisation projects and comparable processes and accompany the implementation of these concepts.
