As part of our crisis and restructuring consulting services for companies, creditors and banks, we develop effective restructuring concepts, taking insolvency law aspects into account. In this context, banks and other creditors instruct us to conduct the necessary negotiations. In the run-up to insolvency, in addition to answering questions relating to civil and criminal law, our advice extends to the establishment and organisation of crisis management in the company concerned. Together with our certified lawyers for employment law, we develop and design restructuring and reorganisation concepts. Out-of-court advice and forensic representation of insolvency administrators is a further focus of our work in this area.
