Our clients include companies from the IT and media industry as well as medium-sized IT users from a wide variety of industries
You accompany our clients in the development and implementation of IT projects and business models and advise in the field of Internet-based media
You will advise our clients comprehensively on data protection issues regarding the implementation of the EU GDPR
They deal with both conceptual advice and the drafting of contracts and work out the best possible solution for our clients
You will support the team in corporate transactions/due diligence with IT and data protection expertise
If necessary, you will also represent your client in court or official proceedings
What do we expect

You are a fully qualified lawyer and have above-average exams
You are interested in current legal developments and technical topics
Relevant professional experience in the areas of IT law, data protection and/or copyright and media law is advantageous but not essential
You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and perform, have a high level of comprehension and the ability to communicate precisely and understandably
You make the tasks assigned to you your own and drive them forward with care and great commitment
You enjoy your work and the area of ​​law and enjoy working in a team
