We are seeking the following to strengthen our team in Lübeck
NOTARY’S ASSISTANT OR NOTARIAL ADMINISTRATOR

You will manage cases independently, handle correspondence in a way that is prompt and stylistically confident, and manage deadlines including follow-up as required. You will also issue cost notes in accordance with the RVG and the provisions concerning billing and will assist our lawyers with scheduling and travel planning.

Your profile

  • Qualification as a paralegal
  • Some work experience is desirable
  • Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and familiar with the RVG
  • In terms of personal characteristics, you demonstrate a high level of commitment, the ability to work well as part of a team, and reliability
