Where all options for the extrajudicial settlement of a dispute have been exhausted, we represent our clients before the ordinary courts, and the labour, social welfare, administrative and fiscal courts. We also represent clients before courts of arbitration and can even act as arbitrators ourselves upon client request. Our guiding maxim for litigation is to represent the interests of our clients in an efficient, economically viable manner.

Dr Volker von Borzeszkowski provides counsel to hospitals on extremely diverse healthcare-related matters. Drawing on his wealth of experience, he is familiar with a vast spectrum of business and legal issues affecting hospital operators, and provides advice and representation in all areas of medical law in addition to employment law. He advises registered doctors and medical care centres in particular regarding corporate legal issues in healthcare professions, and the establishment or the sale and takeover of medical practices. Besides this, Dr von Borzeskowski works closely with insurers to represent healthcare service providers in defending against liability claims.
Employment law is an additional focus of his work. In this area, he advises private, public sector and ecclesiastical employers on all matters relating to individual and collective employment rights.
Dr Volker von Borzeszkowski is a member of the Admissions Committee of the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association for medical law specialists.
