BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN advises NORTH-TEC on merger with BioCirc Group

BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN served the NORTH-TEC Group as legal advisor on its merger with the Danish BioCirc Group, one of the largest biomethane producers in the world. On the Danish side, BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN was supported by Gorrissen Federspiel.

The NORTH-TEC Group is a plant manufacturer in the biogas technology sector based in Northern Germany. With the merger, the two companies are pursuing the goal of driving green transformation across national borders.

With the integration of NORTH-TEC into the BioCirc Group, including all 100 employees, the entire team has grown to around 270 employees.

The BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN team is being led by Tilmann Kruse, Philipp Thomssen (both Partners, Corporate /M&A) and Dr. Marcel Sandberg (Partner, Corporate/Real Estate).

Christoffer Fode, Lasse Lyng Myrup and David Wulff Kashi (all Corporate/M&A) were involved at Gorrissen Federspiel.
