CORPORATE SUCCESSION, INHERITANCE.

When devising asset and company succession solutions, there are many different – sometimes conflicting – interests to consider. With the specific wishes of the client as the starting point, the aim is to consider the various aspects of inheritance, family company and tax law in their specific contexts. This corresponds to a range of consultation services that run the gamut from the organisation of testamentary dispositions and lifetime dispositions in the field of gift legislation, marriage, company and foundation law, to the development of complex succession concepts and the representation of our clients in disputes contesting estate distribution.
