The Danish desk is a special department which we have established to assist clients from Denmark and to help answer specialised questions relating to German-Danish legal communications. If necessary, this department can draw on the expertise of all of the attorneys at BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN. For legal questions that need to be answered on the basis of Danish law, we collaborate with our partner law firm in Denmark.
Dr. Marcel Sandberg
born 1987, university studies at Passau, doctorate on international tax law awarded by the University of Passau, postgraduate judicial service training in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg
Specialisation: Tax law and corporate law, litigation
Dr Sandberg advises clients on tax law, represents their interests in relation to tax administration, and in legal proceedings before the fiscal courts. His specialisation also takes in criminal tax law.
Alongside this, Dr Sandberg also specialises in representing shareholders’ interests in shareholder disputes, out-of-court settlements, and civil litigation.
He speaks fluent English and Danish, and assists Danish clients with cross-border legal affairs.
