Dr Redder handles mandates in public law with a focus on constitutional, international and European law, public construction law, public service law, especially civil service law, school and university law as well as in the area of ​​whistleblowing/whistleblower law.

The main areas of activity in the area of ​​public building law are the review of development plans, the issuance of building permits and the review of building regulations.

In addition, Dr Redder in all areas of public service law, especially in civil service competition litigation and disciplinary proceedings.

Additionally, Dr Redder is offering webinars lasting several hours via KOMMA (Competence Center for Administrative Management) on the topic of “The New Whistleblower Protection Act – Whistleblowing in Public Administration”. The rights and obligations of public sector employees in the area of ​​“whistleblowing” are discussed.

Since February 2024, Dr. Redder has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Services (FH Altenholz) in the field of "Civil Service Law".

In the winter semester 2023/2024, Dr Redder works as a lecturer at the Hamburg Police Academy in the area of ​​“Assembly Law”.

Before working at BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN, he worked as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in public law in Hamburg.
