Born in 1988, studied in Düsseldorf, legal clerkship in Hamburg, Berlin, Strasbourg, Brussels, Karlsruhe, lawyer since 2020

Dr. Redder advises clients in public law with a focus on constitutional, international and European law, public building law, civil service law, school and university law as well as whistleblowing/whistleblower law.

Key areas of activity in the field of public building law are the review of development plans, the granting of building permits and the review of building regulations.

In addition, Dr. Redder advises in all areas of civil service law, in particular in civil service law competition disputes and disciplinary proceedings. Since February 2024, Dr. Redder has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Services (FH Altenholz) in the field of “Civil Service Law”. In addition, he offers seminars via GIBT Colleg e.V. and Kommunales Bildungswerk e.V. on the topic of “Disciplinary law in Schleswig-Holstein. Legal foundations, procedure, practical issues”.

Dr. Redder also offers webinars lasting several hours on the topic of “The new whistleblower protection law - whistleblowing in public administration” via KOMMA (Competence Center for Administrative Management). The rights and obligations of employees in the public sector in the area of whistleblowing are discussed.

Before joining BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN, he worked as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in public law.
