As a Certified Specialist for construction and architectural law Julian Schlumbohm advises and represents public and private sector clients, architects, engineers, construction companies and property developers. His work largely covers contract drafting, providing advice during the construction process, as well as representing clients in and out of court in disputes over fees, wages, claims for defects or securities. Before joining BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN, he worked as a lawyer in an international commercial law firm in Hamburg and in a law firm specialised particularly in construction and architectural law.
Julian Schlumbohm is a member of the board of the Flensburg and Surroundings Lawyers' Association and works as a lecturer at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel.
