Competition law.

The Act Against Unfair Competition (Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb) is at the heart of competition law. Relevant topics in this area cover misleading, obstructive, comparative or defamatory advertising and protection against imitation. We support companies and agencies in the preliminary stages of designing and implementing advertising campaigns, competitions, promotions and other events. We also draft and negotiate contracts between the companies, agencies, service providers and artists involved.

In the event of a dispute, BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN develops concepts for the enforcement of rights or defence against rights infringements, and where necessary represents clients in any related regulatory or legal proceedings.
