Paralegals and notary assistants (m/f/d)
full-time or part-time with immediate effect
Your tasks
- As part of your job, you will work in a team with our notaries in a spirit of trust, actively support them and ensure that the notary's office runs smoothly
- You will focus on notarial processes in property law and will be responsible for the preparation, execution and processing of contracts and deeds in coordination with the notaries
- You will be responsible for monitoring incoming mail, appointments, deadlines and resubmissions
- After consultation, you will be responsible for client support and file management
- You will prepare the cost invoices in accordance with GNotKG in close coordination
What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed your vocational training as a paralegals and notary assistants or notary clerk and ideally already have professional experience (career re-entrants are welcome)
- You have a good knowledge of the GNotKG and are confident in using MS Office products
- You are characterised by a careful, reliable and service-oriented way of working
- You are used to working independently and enjoy being part of a team
- You communicate openly and respectfully, are motivated and enjoy your work
