We focus on extensive involvement, training and feedback from personal mentors and working hours that give you sufficient time to prepare for your exams during your traineeship. You will work on statements of claim, replies, memoranda and expert opinions and will be personally assigned to a partner. There is also regularly the opportunity to attend a court hearing independently or to participate as a co-author in an essay project. We actively support you in preparing for your exams: during the elective stage, we offer a weekly lecture training programme. As Dr Fiete Kalscheuer and Dr Nicolas Harding are two experienced revision tutors in the legal team, there is also the opportunity to exchange ideas on exam-relevant topics in civil law and public law during the legal clerkship.

For the start of education on 1 August 2026, we are looking for trainees as

"Paralegals and notary assistants (m/f/d)" in Flensburg, Kiel, Lübeck and Kaltenkirchen.

During your 3-year education, you will familiarise yourself with various areas and tasks of our law firm and learn the ropes step by step.

You will put the specialised knowledge you learn at vocational school and in the firm's internal lessons directly into practice and take on responsible tasks over time. You will be in close contact with other trainees and will be assigned training coordinators right from the start who will support and advise you at all times.
