Mrs Charlotte Gaschke is a certified lawyer specialising in administrative law and heads a public law department in Kiel, specialising in public construction law and municipal law. She also specialises in monument law, public broadcasting law, media law and the right to make statements. She has in-depth knowledge of political decision-making structures and organisational sociological aspects, which she brings to her advisory work. Charlotte Gaschke will join the partnership on 01.07.2026.
Mr Dr Justus Jürgensen heads a corporate law department at the Flensburg office. He specialises in corporate law including corporate governance and M&A transactions. Before joining BMZ, he worked for several years at a leading international law firm in Hamburg and gained valuable experience in the renewable energy and defence sectors. He regularly handles litigation in corporate law disputes. Dr Justus Jürgensen will join the partnership on 01.01.2026.
