Aino Kristina Füner

Studied law at the University of Hamburg, legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein, lawyer since 2006, notary since 2016

Before taking up her studies, Ms Füner completed her education as a police officer in Hamburg and from 2013 to 2016, in addition to her work as a lawyer, she worked as managing director of the Hamburg State District Police Union (Gewerkschaft der Polizei, Landesbezirk Hamburg e.V.).

Aino Kristina Füner has specialised in notarial services. Her notarial activities include in particular notarisations and certifications in the following areas:

• Property and flat purchase contracts, declarations of division, property development and leasehold contracts and property transfers
• Marriage contracts, regulations on pension equalisation and separation and divorce settlement agreements
• Wills, inheritance contracts and applications for certificates of inheritance, waivers of inheritance and compulsory portions as well as estate disputes
• Company formations, share transfers, conversions and capital increases
• General and healthcare proxies

Mrs Füner is fluent in Danish and, due to her bilingualism, can also notarise in Danish or provide translations of the minutes.
