Studied social sciences in Berlin (BA 2012), studied law in Kiel and Thessaloniki/Greece, traineeship in Kiel, Berlin and Hamburg. Trainee lawyer at a law firm specialising in press law in Hamburg and at the Federal Press Office. Lawyer since 2022.
Specialisation: public law
Charlotte Gaschke advises clients specialising in public construction law and municipal law. She also specialises in monument law, public broadcasting law, media law and the right to make statements.
She is the author of a number of legal publications, for example on public construction law, public broadcasting law and higher education law.
Thanks to her social science studies, she brings an organisational sociological and strategic perspective and insights into political decision-making structures to her legal work.
