Studied social sciences in Berlin (BA 2012), studied law in Kiel and Thessaloniki, Greece, completed a traineeship in Kiel, Berlin and Hamburg. Traineeship positions at a law firm specialising in press law in Hamburg and at the Federal Press Office. Lawyer since 2022, certified lawyer for administrative law.
Specialisation: Public law
Charlotte Gaschke handles cases with a focus on public construction law and municipal law. Other areas of focus include monument law, public broadcasting law, and media and freedom of expression law.
She is the author of a number of legal publications, for example on public construction law, public law of expression and higher education law.
Her studies in social sciences enable her to bring an organisational sociological and strategic perspective and insights into political decision-making structures to her legal work.
