Dr Christian Kuhlmann was one of the first certified lawyers for construction and architectural law in Schleswig-Holstein. He advises architects, engineers, construction companies and property developers as well as their public and private clients. He is familiar with the respective interests of the various groups of parties involved in construction from his many years of counselling. His work ranges from drafting contracts to assisting with award procedures, providing advice during construction and representing clients in and out of court in disputes concerning fees, wages, claims for defects or securities.
Dr Christian Kuhlmann is a lecturer at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel.
