Dr. Christoph Bialluch

Studied and obtained his doctorate at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Labour Law and Commercial Law, legal clerkship in Flensburg and Schleswig, research assistant at the Flensburg Schleswig Eckernförde e.V. employers' association, lawyer since 2020

Specialisation: hospital and medical law, employment and commercial law, conflict resolution and litigation

Dr Christoph Bialluch advises hospitals and medical care centres as well as doctors in private practice in all areas of hospital and medical law. A second focus of his advice is labour and commercial law with particular expertise in collective bargaining law. In this area, clients include not only private companies but also companies with municipal participation as well as corporations and public law institutions. In the area of dispute resolution and litigation, Dr Christoph Bialluch represents clients in and out of court in all instances.

Dr Christoph Bialluch is a member of the Medical Law and Labour Law working groups of the German Bar Association.
