Specialisation: hospital and medical law, employment and commercial law, conflict resolution and litigation

Dr Christoph Bialluch advises hospitals and medical care centres as well as doctors in private practice in all areas of hospital and medical law. A second focus of his advice is labour and commercial law with particular expertise in collective bargaining law. In this area, clients include not only private companies but also companies with municipal participation as well as corporations and public law institutions. In the area of dispute resolution and litigation, Dr Christoph Bialluch represents clients in and out of court in all instances.

Dr Christoph Bialluch is a lecturer at the Centre for Health Law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel and a member of the medical law and employment law working groups of the German Bar Association.
