Jan Christiansen provides comprehensive advice on inheritance law. This includes, in particular, succession planning during his lifetime and inheritance disputes following an inheritance.

In agricultural law, Jan Christiansen advises in the civil law areas of land law, leasehold law and corporate law. Where public law issues play a role, he also draws on the expertise of our public law department. His main areas of expertise in agricultural law include advising on the acquisition and sale of agricultural companies and the organisation of farm transfers.

Jan Christiansen is a member of the German Society for Agricultural Law - Association for Agricultural and Environmental Law e.V. - he is also a member of the Specialist Lawyers' Committee for Agricultural Law of the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association.
