Dr Johannes Badenhop advises clients on public law, focusing on environmental and planning law, renewable energy law, subsidy and EU state aid law, kindergarten and youth welfare law, public commercial law, welfare law, in particular hospital law, as well as constitutional, European and international law.
As a certified lawyer for public procurement law, Dr Badenhop also advises public contracting authorities and bidders on public procurement law.
In his work as a notary, Dr Badenhop deals primarily with property-related certifications and company formations, in each case also with references to public law.
Dr Badenhop is a lecturer at Christian Albrecht University, initially teaching general political science and now hospital law. He is the author of a commentary on the Schleswig-Holstein State Nature Conservation Act and co-author of a commentary on the Child Day Care Act and a commentary on the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Education Act.
