As a certified lawyer specialising in construction and architectural law, Julian Schlumbohm advises and represents public and private clients, architects, engineers, construction companies and property developers. His work includes, in particular, contract drafting, advice during construction and representation in and out of court in disputes concerning fees, wages, claims for defects or securities. Before joining BROCK MÜLLER ZIEGENBEIN, he worked as a lawyer in an international commercial law firm in Hamburg and in a law firm specialising in construction and architectural law, among other things.
Julian Schlumbohm is a member of the board of the Flensburg and Surrounding Area Lawyers' Association and works as a lecturer at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel.
