Dr Francke advises companies on corporate restructuring measures and transactions with implications under employment law (including aspects relating to works constitution, collective agreements and occupational pension schemes) and on individual employment law matters. She advises and represents employers in court proceedings, contract negotiations with employees, and in negotiations and conciliation proceedings with co-determination bodies (works councils, staff councils or employee representative bodies) and trade unions. In addition, Dr Francke also advises and represents board members and employees in senior positions. Her clients include companies and individuals governed by both private and public law, as well as church and charitable organisations.

Dr Francke is a co-author (since the 4th edition) of the *Munich Handbook of Employment Law*, published by C.H. Beck, and of *AnwaltFormulare Employment Law*, published by the German Bar Association (DAV). She also lectures at private educational institutions and public bodies and chairs the examination board for legal assistants established by the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association.
