Dr Francke advises companies on corporate restructuring measures and transactions with labour law implications (including aspects of works constitution law, collective agreements and company pension law) and individual law issues. She advises and represents employers in court proceedings, contract negotiations with employees and in negotiations and arbitration proceedings with co-determination bodies (works or staff councils or employee representatives) and trade unions. Dr Francke also advises and represents board members and employees in management positions. Her clients include companies and individuals under both private and public law as well as church/charitable organisations.
Dr Francke is co-author (since the 4th edition) of the Münchener Handbuch Arbeitsrecht published by C.H.Beck and the AnwaltFormulare Arbeitsrecht published by the DAV. She is also a lecturer at private training organisations and public institutions and chairs the examination board for legal specialists at the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association.
