Dr Kirsten Walter advises her clients - companies, their shareholders and executive bodies - in the field of corporate law and represents them in corporate law disputes.
From 2011 to 2022, Dr Kirsten Walter worked for a credit industry association. In this role, she advised its members on banking law, in particular on the law of general terms and conditions, and was involved in contract drafting.
