Lars Bretschneider's notarial work focuses primarily on property-related notarizations, in particular property law, residential property law and heritable building rights, as well as inheritance law arrangements and family law contracts.

As a certified lawyer for medical law, Lars Bretschneider focuses on representing hospital operators and registered doctors in medical liability law. He represents doctors in private practice as well as non-medical service providers in all medical law issues, including assisting with the establishment of and disputes between professional practice groups.

As a certified lawyer for employment law, Lars Bretschneider works both in an advisory and forensic capacity, primarily for private and public employers.

Lars Bretschneider is chairman of the committee for the arbitration of apprenticeship disputes of the Lübeck Construction Guild. He is a member of the Medical Law Working Group of the German Bar Association and the Employment Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
