Dr Martin Witt specialises in structuring corporate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of companies and shareholdings, as well as advising investors and entrepreneurs on the sale of and participation in existing and newly founded companies.

In addition, he advises entrepreneurs and companies on all types of reorganisations including mergers, spin-offs, demergers, spin-offs and squeeze-outs as well as generally in the field of corporate law, including stock corporation law, and corporate succession. He is also the contact person for questions in connection with the transparency register.

Until 2014, Dr Martin Witt worked in a law firm in Hamburg specialising in corporate law and company acquisitions and has structured and advised on numerous company acquisitions - both on the buyer and seller side - for private equity companies as well as for entrepreneurs and strategic investors.
