Specialisation: employment law, medical, hospital and health law, public procurement law, state aid law, planning and environmental law, notarial services.

As a certified lawyer for employment law, Professor Nebendahl focuses on advising private and public employers and executives in all matters of individual and - mainly - collective employment law, but also forensically. As a certified lawyer for medical law, he represents doctors in private practice and hospital operators, but also all non-physician service providers in all health law issues, from the reorganisation or restructuring of the provision of medical services to questions of contract doctor law and the billing of medical services to medical liability cases. As a certified lawyer specialising in administrative law, Professor Nebendahl works primarily in the field of public planning and environmental law, particularly in connection with major planning projects. In the area of public procurement law and state aid law, Professor Nebendahl focuses on advising public clients on the design, implementation and judicial review of complex award procedures, such as the award of extensive construction services, IT services, local rail passenger transport services and their financing.

Professor Nebendahl is an honorary professor of health law at the Faculty of Law and a lecturer in hospital management at the Faculty of Medicine at Kiel University. He is the author of numerous legal publications in the fields of labour, medical and administrative law. In addition, he is a member of the admission committees for certified lawyers for administrative law and certified lawyers for medical law of the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association.
