Dr Sebastian Scholz’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law. He specialises in advising companies on and in connection with M&A transactions.
He also advises and represents companies, their shareholders and governing bodies in all aspects of corporate law, both in and out of court, including shareholder disputes, and advises on the drafting of contracts.
In addition, Dr Sebastian Scholz advises on commercial tenancy law, in particular on the drafting and negotiation of commercial tenancy agreements, as well as on disputes between landlords and tenants.
