Dr Sebastian Scholz's practice focuses on commercial and corporate law. He specialises in advising companies on and in connection with M&A transactions.

He also advises and represents companies, their shareholders and corporate bodies in and out of court on all aspects of corporate law, including shareholder disputes, and advises on the drafting of contracts.

Dr Sebastian Scholz also advises on commercial tenancy law, in particular on the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and disputes between landlords and tenants.
